Basic information
The recommended browser for accessing this space is Firefox for Windows and Safari for Mac.
To offer training to you through this space, you must have a computer, tablet or phone with an internet connection with sufficient bandwidth, speakers/headphones and a video camera.
At the beginning of each session, you will be asked whether you want to do tests to ensure that your device can connect properly to the session and that your audio and video will work correctly during the event. At the CRAI, we recommend that you conduct these tests a few minutes before the start of the session.
Keep in mind that once the session has started, the trainer will be busy providing course content and will not be able to assist you in resolving technical difficulties.

Participation tools durign the session
There is a panel at the bottom right with different options for taking part in the session.
The first tab shows a public or private chat window with other participants that you can use to interact with the moderator and the rest of the students without interrupting the session course.
The second tab shows a list of participants who are attending the training session.
The third tab (shown in the image on the right) provides options that enable you to present content from your computer, tablet or phone, share your screen with the rest of the participants or share a file from your device (to use these options, you must be authorized by the session moderator).
The final tab provides options for accessing the configuration of the camera and microphone in case you need to make any adjustments.
