This service can only be used by researchers, professors, third-cycle students to obtain documents that are not included in our bibliographic collections and are needed to undertake their research.
To process a request, we need several pieces of data, those corresponding to the requester are required, and with respect to the documents, your references must be as complete as possible, indicating all known data and/or comments that could help locate a document. For special requests (such as lists of several references), it is recommendable to contact the LRC Library in advance.
An average of 1,200 requests are processed each year, most corresponding to articles published in academic journals that are provided by other libraries. The LRC Library uses programs dedicated to this task that significantly shorten the delivery time for the documents from the moment they are requested. The time is usually 2-4 days, depending on the center that makes the request.
