Alberto Corazón Legacy
In 2017, the CRAI became the custodian of the private library of renowned graphic artist and San Fernando Royal Fine Arts Academy member Alberto Corazón. The collection of the iconic and multifaceted designer covers subjects covering graphic design, art and architecture, photography, literature, philosophy and trends in any field. The Alberto Corazón Legacy is a significant source of knowledge and creative inspiration that the artist used and that is now available to all. José Martí Collection
In 1996, the CRAI acquired the private collection of Cuban writer and poet Gastón Baquero (José Martí Collection). This collection, with over 4,500 titles, is an interesting document archive of great cultural and historical value, including titles that are difficult or impossible to find on the publishing market today. Transition studies center
A specialized collection of documents and resources related to the historical period of the Spanish Democratic Transition. The Center opened in June 2016, attended by two important figures in this historical process: Joaquín García-Romanillos and Rafael Arias Salgado. The Center, together with the Spanish Transition foundation, supports the work of promotion, knowledge and research of the Rogelio Baón Transition Memory Chair.
